Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project management professional with a passion for tackling complex implementation projects and delivering success over the long haul?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Projects department. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of our complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At Keylane we implement our software (Axon) at our customers while they still run their day-to-day business. It is like replacing an airplane engine while flying. The complexity lies within managing many different stakeholders (at different levels of the organisation), the strict deadlines and the size of the deliverables.

Key About Your Role And Team

The Project manager is primarily responsible for implementing our Axon software according to agreed timelines, budget and quality.

You will join our Projects department where another 100 talents work in three different regions. You need to work together closely with other departments involved in the project, such as DevOps and Product Development. You will be reporting to the Delivery Manager and will be part of one of our delivery teams. The Delivery Manager has end responsibility for all the projects in the cluster.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Axon at our customers;
• Timely and high-quality implementation of Keylane Axon by managing timelines, budget and customer requirements;
• Takes ownership of the full financial process of the project, the profitability of the project and the billability of the employees working on the project;
• Ownership of internal and external reporting and guidance on different levels, including preparation of steering committees;
• Develop a strategy for projects (together with the Delivery Manager);
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies;
  
  

Key about you

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term projects. Insurance knowledge is a plus;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement;
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).
  
  

Keylane offers

• A monthly gross salary between €6.500,- and €8.300,- based on 40 hours per week (depending on your seniority);
• 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
