Given the workload in the EMEA region, there is a need for a freelancer to provide design support on multiple projects (see below). This will allow our CDs Dan Hennessy and Tomas Janicek to concentrate on the bigger more important business critical projects like Masterbrand films, OOH etc.. and Uber Arena Germany activations.
The profile we are looking for is a brand designer,Leonie Hunter Marrow has worked with us at Uber for many years and had a long break as she had a baby, she has vast experience of working with Uber and is a skilled and technical designer,

Requirements
Experienced in a highly collaborative working style
Can offer direction or critique design work when needed
At least 8+ years working as a lead creative / visual designer in a creative agency or comparable in-house agency with a portfolio showcasing relevant experience designing for brand systems and branded executions
A strong attention to detail. You are as committed to crafting great designs as you are to brainstorming frameworks and branding extensions.
A broad understanding of using different mediums/channels to get your message across. You're skilled at telling the same story across multiple channels in a way that's integrated, yet optimized for every touchpoint.
Organization skills; you can effectively manage your time and prioritize your work
Experience working on APAC wide projects is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (After Effects is a plus) and Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries
Awareness of typographic best practices, including non-english alphabets
Digital animation experience a plus
Experience with Box or similar cloud based storage platforms
Familiarity with Google Docs
