Key Responsibilities Of The Export Supervisor

• Act as the central liaison between internal and external customers and agencies to meet service objectives aligned with client and company goals.
• Handle monthly billing and profit and loss statements.
• Provide proactive and timely customer service, updating clients on shipment statuses and directing technical inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Process and review documentation for assigned accounts, ensuring compliant and timely transactions.
• Obtain necessary government releases and arrange deliveries while ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Execute various tasks to facilitate compliant release and timely delivery of shipments.
• Maintain customer profiles and prepare necessary communications.
• Monitor daily pre-alerts to track incoming freight and document receipt within specified standards.

• Experience in the industry.
• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year.
• FT available.
