Department

The software engineering team is an international mix of young talent and experienced engineers, dedicated to delivering excellent products using the latest development practices. Based in their new office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, they offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to work both on-site and from your home.

Their Embedded Engineering team in Eindhoven includes over 140 skilled professionals delivering world-class engineering for engine and vehicle controllers. They collaborate closely with international peers.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of our development team, you will be integral in every stage of our software engineering process. Your role will encompass designing, implementing, and testing systems, subsystems, and components aligned with user stories and features. It's important that you grasp and articulate the design's implications on our overall architecture.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our designs are not only robust but also easily testable through both manual and automated means.

Identifying and overcoming impediments will be part of your daily routine, with support from our scrum master when necessary. Collaboration is key as you work closely with team members, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to achieve collective goals.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in embedded C/C++ software development.
• Knowledge of Autosar is a plus.
• Familiarity with Model-Driven Development (Simulink/Python).
• Understanding of development methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate perseverance.
