Data Scientist

I am currently working with an investment management company in Amsterdam who help investors around the world make more responsible decisions with their money. They are looking for an experienced data scientist to join their team and spearhead their growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex financial datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to predict financial outcomes, assess risk, and optimize investment strategies.
• Apply machine learning techniques to enhance predictive modeling, automate trading strategies, and improve fraud detection systems.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial data by implementing quality control measures.
• Create clear and comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional experience within Data Science/Analytics

- Strong predictive modelling experience is a pre

- Experience with machine learning is a plus

- Azure experience is a nice to have

-Affinity for the financial sector is important (regulatory standards, compliance etc.)

Salary Package:

• Up to €95,000 per annum (D.O.E)

• Travel allowance and hybrid working

• Training budget

• Pension scheme above market standard (10%)
