We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Data Science to lead the Data Science team of one our clients in MedTech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, developing predictive models, and implementing machine learning algorithms to drive MedTech innovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data science team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality output.
• Oversee the development and implementation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support MedTech solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and clinical experts, to align data science initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the design and execution of experiments to validate hypotheses and improve data-driven decision-making processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with significant leadership or management experience, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, including GDPR.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
