Clinical Chemistry Analyst (MLO/HLO)

Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated MLO and HLO clinical chemical analysts to join our state-of-the-art laboratory in the Leiden region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic results for patients.

Responsibilities:

MLO Analyst:

• Perform clinical chemical analyses using advanced equipment.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care through accurate and efficient testing.

HLO Analyst:

• Oversee the entire analysis process, from sample receipt to result reporting.
• Develop and implement procedures and work instructions for our quality system (ISO15189).
• Contribute to the development, validation, and implementation of new test methods.

Both MLO and HLO Analysts:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate daily activities and serve as a point of contact for fellow analysts.

Qualifications:

• Completed MLO and/or HLO training in clinical chemistry.
• Knowledge of relevant work processes, quality systems, advanced analysis equipment, and information systems.
• Accuracy, results-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
