About The Role

We are currently looking for an Administrative Program & Content Manager to help scale our global network of certified trainers and students abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Manage and consolidate databases for our global IT training program.
  • Trainer Onboarding: Remotely interview, onboard, and audit trainers conducting certification courses abroad.
  • AI-Drive Content Curation: Assist with content creation by leveraging GPT tools.
  • Event Coordination: Organize training and marketing events through partner outreach and social media coordination.
  • AI-Drive Content Curation: Assist with content creation by leveraging GPT tools.
  • Content Translation Coordination: Coordinate the translation of training content with trainers across global regions.
  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct remote web sales training and travel to regional partner locations for training events

Knowledge and Experience

  • Extremely Organized: Structurally-minded; able to balance/prioritize tasks/projects simultaneously, always looking to improve efficiency.
  • Determined Personality: Good negotiation skills, experience in problem solving & analyzing information.
  • Highly Autonomous: Self-driven, self-teachable, and experienced in designing workflows & standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • IT Background: Understanding of foundational IT networking concepts (routing, switching, 802.11 Wi-Fi) with a proclivity for learning. Existing knowledge of UniFi/Ubiquiti platforms is a plus.
  • AI Proficiency: Regularly leveraging GPT tools for work efficiency at scale & content generation.
  • Detail-Oriented: Consistently proofreads grammar, spelling, etc., with an eye for company design-style guidelines.
  • Language Skills: English fluency required; fluency in other languages is highly desirable (Spanish/French especially).
  • LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) is a plus.
