Actuarial Consultant

Key About Your Role

As an Actuarial Plexus Consultant you are responsible for well configured pension products in the Plexus administration that work in the most optimal way for the various pension processes and calculations.

In close collaboration with the customer you perform product analysis, product design and product configuration for Plexus and you set up the pension calculations for the product in Plexus.

You identify the gaps in Plexus that get in the way of product configuration and draw up requirements for software changes that resolve the gaps. You hand over the requirements to our product development departments and guide their analysts in drawing up the design for the software changes.

After realisation of the software change you take care of the testing before delivering the change to the customer for acceptance test. In some cases you give a demo to the customers to show the realized solution for the gap.

You will also analyse bugs in the product and actuarial domain, take care of reproduction for the product development department and will test the fix that resolves the problem.

Key About Your Team

As an Actuarial Plexus Consultant, you are part of our Life & Pension Professional Services department together with many driven and experienced colleagues. This department forms the link between our customers and our product development organization. You work in a project team composed of various expertise (pension-related, actuarial, technical) in one of the Plexus implementation projects that we carry out at and together with our customers.

Key About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Actuarial Consultant to join our team at Keylane. As a suitable candidate, you have strong analytical skills a solid actuarial educations and experience as a consultant in the pension industry.

You are also familiar with IT and software development, which is essential to translate business requirements into designs and solutions.

Knowledge and experience:

• Completed education at Academic level, preferably in econometrics or mathematics
• Training at level Actuarial Calculator or Actuarial Analyst
• Deep substantive knowledge of DC pensions and WTP (is a plus)
• At least 10-15 years of experience with pension products and processes at pension insurers and/or pension funds
• At least 10-15 years of experience in implementation projects for pension administrations
• Experience in drawing up product specifications and formularies
• Knowledge of Plexus is a plus but not necessary
