We completed a collaboration project with Fontys University of Applied Sciences. During the past 18 months 21 students worked together with Harry Scholtmeijer on alkyd coating research based on Relement' launching product bio MPA. Coating experts Joost van Dijk & Henk van den Haak advised with experimental setup and formulation work. A wealth of knowledge has been created. The Relement team enjoyed the project and is convinced about the effectiveness of collaborative applied research. Part of our team joined the Cycling 4 Climate classic tour to raise attention for the effects of climate change. We cycled part of the possible future Dutch coastline. Relement collaborated with HOBUM Oleochemicals GmbH to create a game-changing material: a high-performance, biobased composite material based on our launching ingredient bio MPA with a glass transition temperature of >110 degrees Celsius. Relement BV celebrates 4th birthday Yesterday, we celebrated Relement's fourth birthday by testing our chemical knowledge in a different area. We got together at Kookfabriek in Rotterdam and prepared a four-course meal using plant-based ingredients and applying different methods of preparation.
