What a great way to start the summer season! 🤩 We look back on June and think of the fantastic company events! It's time to remember the barbecue that took place at our head office in the Netherlands. The event was filled with delicious food, great music and most of all the wonderful company of colleagues and their families. The children also had a blast, enjoying a large inflatable playground! We are proud to announce that our collection of buffet accessories HENDI UNIQ designed by the Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser who cooperates with us, has received the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2024 for Product Design in the catering equipment category🏆! Yesterday, the awards ceremony took place at the Aalto Theater in Essen, where our Team and Robert Bronwasser received the statuette awarded to us. We are honored to receive this most coveted international design award, recognizing excellence in product design, innovation and functionality. We change the appearance of buffet equipment, presenting it in a functional, modern, non-standard, designer formula! Buffet reinvented! Team building time! When June comes, we all look forward to the company barbecue. The whole HENDI Poland team yesterday evening gathered on Summer Picinc👌. This year was special. The date of the picnic coincided with the bigfootball event: the Poland-Austria match⚽! The evening was full of fun, good food and attractions. After the exciting announcement about the relocation of the HENDI Romania 🇷🇴 warehouse, we now have great news from HENDI Austria 🇦🇹 as well! Just eight months after construction began, the extension to our logistics centre in Lamprechtshausen/Austria has now been officially completed 🥳. The symbolic handover of the key took place on 28 May by Nino Stricker-Neumayer from SOINI ASSET and HENDI Austria's Managing Director Stefan Mannel, MBA 🔑. The extension features a large-scale photovoltaic system, additional electric charging points, an innovative air-heat pump system and a state-of-the-art warehouse management programme, expanding the area by around 1,556 m² to a total of 4,755 m² 🏢. Managing Director Stefan Mannel comments 🗣 : ‘These measures are not only a milestone in the history of HENDI, but also a springboard to further boost our growth. (...) We are not only creating new jobs, but also improving our logistics processes, which will lead to even more efficient and faster delivery to our customers. This is a clear expression of our ongoing commitment to further expanding our position as the clear number one in Europe's kitchens.
