Before delving into platform selection, consider these critical factors: 🚀 Your customer journey: What does the full path of your prospect look like? Avoid thinking in terms of simplistic sales funnels, where your prospect neatly progresses through Awareness - Interest - Desire - Action. The marketing sales funnel oversimplifies decision-making, often neglecting the complexity in the “messy middle” stage. Your job is to understand this part as much as possible, accounting for various paths your clients may take towards the desired action. 🍌 Low hanging fruits: Some platforms offer quicker results and learning opportunities. If you’re new to marketing activities, it’s important to consider these platforms as they can yield valuable insights.     Last week, our team attended the Web Summit for the 3rd time. This was the busiest conference for us up to date, since we were there presenting several of our projects at once. This includes: 🚀 Introducing Amsterdam Tech Hub and making connections with the governments and VCs from non-EU to build bridges between the countries 💻 Generating leads for our clients in cybersecurity space 🌐 Further expanding EDGEncy - Helping Tech Companies Grow network, connecting with growing tech companies to collaborate with and new tools to integrate in our work. 🤝🏽 Reconnecting with already existing partners, clients and friends Some of our unofficial results of the WebSummit include: - 78 daily conversations about all the things tech - Learning about 30 problems we never thought can be solved with the help of tech - Average of 12 missed calls and 6 live locations to find a way to the next side event - 15 hours of pitches listened to throughout the conference We’re still processing all the conversations and connections we made during the conference.
