Dordal Week Show: ¡Demostración de VacForm la formadora de hamburguesas y otros productos de DJM Foodprocessing bv en la planta piloto de Dordal! La semana pasada tuvimos el placer de organizar un evento especial en nuestra planta piloto. Durante este evento, tuvimos la oportunidad de demostrar el funcionamiento y capacidad del modelo de DJM VacForm. DJM ha desarrollado una línea completa de máquinas VacForm para la producción de hamburguesas, así como escalopes, nuggets de pollo, palitos de pescado y productos vegetales. La capacidad de producción de los productos a baja presión, a diferencia de otros equipos que requieren de alta presión, es uno de los puntos fuertes que nuestros clientes han valorado, además de la versatilidad y de la fiabilidad en el calibre de los productos. Y es que las máquinas DJM VacForm pueden producir hasta 3.500 kg de nuggets de pollo y hasta 4.000 kg de hamburguesas por hora. Si se trata de elaborar productos premium, la combinación de los equipos de las marcas VEMAG más DJM son garantía de éxito. The 12th edition of the Gherri Meat Open House kicks off, allowing visitors to observe the technological innovations for the food industry selected and proposed by our Italian distributor Gherri Meat Technology: from process machines to cooking and quality control systems. Also the low pressure plateformer – VacForm VF06 – will be demonstrated at their facilities in Parma, Italy. Live demonstration or individidual test with the VacForm is also possible.
