From 9 to 11 October, we welcomed our first customers at our new factory and office at Haverdijk 11, Helmond. The medical supplies shop Reininger is today one of the leading providers of medical services in the Rhine-Main region. As of 09.01.2023, Sanitätshaus Reininger GmbH has been acquired by the aiutanda Group. A strengthened management team continues to successfully develop the company. The company's product range also includes medical devices manufactured by the Dietz Group. Today marks World Cerebral Palsy Day. This day vision is to ensure that children and adults with cerebral palsy have the same rights, access and opportunities as anyone else in our society For about 1 in 4 people with CP that means moving around with a wheelchair. 16 September was a memorable day voor Dietz Power: we consider this day as the date of birth of our company. Visit rehaVital in Helmond The recent meeting between representatives of rehaVital and the Dietz Group in Helmond was a testament to the strength of collaboration in the industry. During this visit, Alexander Hammoud and Sascha Becker of the Dietz Group played the role of hosts and warmly welcomed Ole Gustafsson, Lena Peters, and Oliver Grahl from rehaVital.   The meeting commenced with an in-depth discussion about the supply process of assistive devices in the former premises of Dietz Power. The emphasis was on the importance Dietz places on maintaining existing industry standards, as these boost efficiency and elevate the quality of supply.   The discussion revolved around the supply process of assistive tools and the importance of introducing and adhering to industry standards. Dietz underscored how standards accelerate the review process and ensure supply quality. A focal point was the consideration of the ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health) by WHO, which provides a detailed description of health disorders, the impacts on daily life, and other factors. Through the ICF, a robust foundation for selecting assistive devices can be established.   Ole Gustafsson from rehaVital later showcased the latest developments and restructurings in rehaVital's health insurance management. The high level of professionalism exhibited was truly impressive.   In the late afternoon, a tour of the brand-new production facility was on the agenda. Dick van de Beek, the General Manager of Dietz Power, personally led the guests around the facility. He vividly illustrated the evolution of Dietz Power over the years. His enthusiasm for technical expertise and manufacturing processes was contagious, providing the guests with a firsthand experience of the production challenges. His extensive expertise, especially in the development and production of electric wheelchairs, was evident. With increasing demand, production is now being ramped up steadily. Dietz Power has not only relocated and expanded its facility but has also modernized and made their processes more efficient. The company's transition to paperless operations earlier in the year marked another significant milestone. Dietz Power now looks to the future with a forward-thinking approach, ready to tackle upcoming challenges. They have not only changed their location and expanded their production but also revamped and digitized their processes, positioning themselves as a future-ready enterprise.   The central theme of this meeting was the value of communication and transparency.
