Foley just returned from school🤩. He joined the school boarding system at the beginning of the session so it is safe to say he spent a long time away from home🥲. He got home with an intention to spend some good time with his parents🥳. Little did he know that another plan had been made for him😐. The parents already planned that he would spend the holiday with a distant cousin.☹️ All his effort to convince his parents to stay at home proved abortive😭. They packed his bag and took him to his distant cousin for the six week-holiday😥. He would be back home few days to the resumption in school😔. ❓What’s your view on this? ❓Don't you think the parents should have made out time for Foley instead of sending him out for holidays? ❓What are the possible repercussions of daddy & mummy Foley's action? ❓ In your opinion, how should long vacations be spent? Empowerment and quality education is one of our mission at smiley On 30th of April, smiley education support foundation went on an outreach to Edo, Benin city we went to three schools and the students were encouraged. The students from each school was taught on the importance of education. Some students were concerned about financing, fulfilling purpose and going after their passion however they were encouraged that with determination and resilience they will achieve their dreams and become great people. The students were told to echo "I am not a dullard and I will not give up" and they did. To the public and students out there, Smiley is saying Don't give up, you can achieve your goal and become great. "Operation Write Well: A Story of Empowerment! We're thrilled to share the heartwarming outcome of our "Operation Write Well" program, where 33 students discovered the joy of legible writing! As part of our program, we also provided essential school supplies to those in need: 1 school bag for a student who needed a reliable companion for their educational journey. 2 school sandals for 2 students who can now walk to school with comfort and confidence. Notebooks for all 33 students to practice their newfound writing skills. Thank you to our donors and supporters for making this possible.
