Sessions every Wednesday at the Museum this summer from July 3–31, 2024
Facilitated by Cornell Health, “Let’s Meditate” is a half-hour guided meditation session that helps participants practice a relaxing and restorative technique of mindfulness that is supported by scientific research.
Free and open to all, no registration is necessary for these drop-in sessions. Please note that backpacks, umbrellas, food, and drink must be left in the Appel Lobby.
Sessions will be held on the Mallin Sculpture Court on Floor 2 (weather permitting; the rain location is the Richard Sukenik ’59 Teaching Gallery on Floor 2L).
