Pay for repairs to covered damage, or B. Pay for the vehicle at the agreed price. That agreed price is the cost of a comparable car

Look for cars online of similar age, quality, equipment, etc. to yours and use them to argue for a higher price. You can almost invariable get a significant increase in payout by doing this.
