I don't think the company has been overly parasitic in nature about Collectives as a whole, but the whole thing felt half-baked from the get-go, soliciting feedback has been infrequent, and when feedback has been asked for it's been followed by another period of dark comms. I really want this to succeed and benefit both the company and the community, but it just feels like it's been handled poorly and improved too slowly thus far. | |
