Is this the same as Dharman's comment on his report here? meta.stackexchange.com/a/369045/253521 re: "I can't both edit the answer and leave feedback at the same time."

@TylerH yeah, more or less. I searched for "First Questions" but it applies to "First Answers" too, it seems.
