Sep 9, 2021 at 18:04 comment added kristinalustig StaffMod Hey all - thanks for all your feedback. We're rewording the "Share feedback" answer options so that they don't specifically mention code. It's waiting for review, so should be pushed today or tomorrow.
Sep 9, 2021 at 14:48 comment added Timothy G. @kristinalustig I don't know if you are still hunting for more, but looks like Arqade also has a code related canned comment i.sstatic.net/AhY98.png - should I leave an answer on this question for it?
Aug 31, 2021 at 2:41 comment added Michael Seifert @kristinalustig: I think this may have been linked elsewhere, but code-specific comments have appeared on Physics.
Aug 29, 2021 at 3:17 comment added Rand al'Thor @kristinalustig Letting you know, as requested: code-specific comments are appearing on SFF.

Edited in link to main feature request. This keeps getting votes, but hopefully people that support the other request will vote for the main post now, instead of this answer)
Aug 27, 2021 at 7:00 comment added TRC Also, the template responses have probably left NO way for us to complete the reviews of questions considered homework questions - where the OP puts zero effort into the question, and directly posts the assignment expecting us to answer it for them (eg. Name these alkanes). Such questions are specially common atleast on Chem.SE and Physics.SE. In that case - 'looks OK' doesn't work, editing (to show effort) should be done by the OP, not us - and for 'share feedback', neither is the question broad, nor unclear. There's no option to just downvote and comment - the review can't be completed.
Aug 27, 2021 at 6:48 comment added wimi The option "answer needs supporting information" is worded in terms of code ("please provide working code or citations to the documentation"). This option appears on all sites, and removing it would leave the "First answers" queue with only one canned feedback option, which seems too little. That option should be reworded on non-code-related sites, or (much better) customizable by the site mods.
Aug 27, 2021 at 2:04 comment added Meta Andrew T. @kristinalustig I noticed the code-related comment is also there on the answer on Anime.SE
Aug 26, 2021 at 19:36 comment added Thomas Markov @Sarov I can't say that I've ever met a black dragon that could write code. But I guess absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
Aug 26, 2021 at 19:35 comment added Sarov @ThomasMarkov Yeah, and? What, are you saying black dragons can't write code?! (Or maybe that only someone inherently evil can write code?)
Aug 26, 2021 at 19:14 comment added Thomas Markov @kristinalustig We just got a code related comment on rpg.se: Can a Black Dragon Hatchling be raised to be good? Or is it inherently evil?
Aug 26, 2021 at 16:40 comment added Tinkeringbell Mod @kristinalustig Sure, done!
Aug 26, 2021 at 16:06 comment added kristinalustig StaffMod On the second request - if there are general things that might make sense to add to this dialog, then we would definitely revisit that, but the overhead required to allow sites to add their own reasons would be quite substantial. I recommend creating a feature request in a separate post for this particular request, as it's too large in scope for us to handle as a part of our post-launch fixes.
Aug 26, 2021 at 15:55 comment added Tinkeringbell Mod @kristinalustig Thank you! That's good to know, I've edited the post accordingly :)

Aug 26, 2021 at 15:07 comment added kristinalustig StaffMod The code-specific options shouldn't be showing on any non-code-related site. If you're seeing that anywhere, please let us know!
