One could argue mods are expected to hold higher standards and the cause being in Teacher Lounge chat should not be published.

@Tensibai One could also argue that the teacher lounge is a place to openly discuss ideas in (as I understand) a closed forum without the fear of being reprimanded. Another thing is that SE didn't give any substantial evidence to Monica, which cannot be justified with confidentiality concerns. (In fact SE did not communicate sufficiently at all, not with Monica and not with the community, and not only concerning reason or evidence.)
