IMO the intention (not the implementation) of the rules were to get rid of any people being purposely mean to the LGBT+ community. What makes more sense (especially in light of Sara Chipps' comments you noted, and the lack of any backpedaling) is that they see this as a righteous crusade for transgender rights. | |
