③ is a direct result of ②. ① just served to raise the background level of concern before this broke. The real issue here is ②. If you want to write an ordered list my suggestion would be to make that #1.

The story with Monica still unclear. This. If they will do this to someone like Monica for asking questions about a potential, future CoC, then I'm not liking my chances if I accidentally miss something.
