I am really happy that you have made these changes. The established users now know that a certain poster is a new user. I have a support question regarding this: What will the new user see when they are posting for the first time?

If new users don't get any additional guidance from what they've already been getting, then looks like we've fixed only one side of the problem. There are two great suggestions here, which would help a bit:
