Plenty of people bought into Netflix's narrative. In any case, if the traffic was piling up at Netflix's ISP's routers when trying to route traffic to Comcast customers, and Comcast didn't have a commensurate amount of traffic piling up to get back to Netflix's ISP, I can see Comcast's point about asking for said ISP to pay the majority of the cost of stringing up new lines to send traffic over to Comcast. | |
