Captain Matsuda was a male Human in the 24th century who was in command of the USS Thunderchild when that ship was searching for Seven of Nine on Titan. He was assimilated by the Borg a short time afterward and served as an adjunct of the Borg Queen during an attack on the USS Enterprise-E. (TNG novel: Before Dishonor)
