This forger assisted in the plot to frame Starfleet Captain Carol Freeman for bombing Pakled Planet by faking the footage that incriminated Freeman.

According to Freeman, an elite team, lead by Captain Morgan Bateson, learned of a Pakled connection to this known data fabricator, whom was pursued and captured inside the Romulan Neutral Zone. The true identity of the bomber–the Pakleds themselves–was discovered after Commander Tuvok performed "some rather invasive questioning" on the forger. (LD: "Grounded")

He was later aboard the Enterprise in 2370, during the ship's search for the USS Pegasus. (ENT: "These Are the Voyages...")

This Zakdorn was played by an unknown actor.

His appearance is "These Are the Voyages..." is archive footage taken from "Ménage à Troi".

In 2368, this waiter was carrying a tray of drinks when Commander Riker entered a bar on Qualor II. He appeared annoyed when Riker helped himself to one of the drinks he was carrying. He was later sitting at a table enjoying a blue beverage when Worf approached Amarie and asked her if she knew of a Klingon opera. (TNG: "Unification II")

This Zakdorn was played by background actor Leonard Jones who received no credit for his appearance.

The call sheet for Wednesday 18 September 1991 listed him as "Kolrami Waiter" in reference to Sirna Kolrami another Zakdorn played by Roy Brocksmith.
