In 2366, Lurak T'Luco was arrested by the Romulan Star Empire in Vvalti for hijacking a warbird in order to sell stolen cargo. (PIC: "Disengage")
In story notes posted online by Michael Chabon in 2021, Vvalti was the chosen capital planet of the Romulan Free State after the Romulan supernova. [1]
