Toby Lamm is a make-up artist who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine during the seventh season. Lamm and the other members of Deep Space Nine's make-up department received an Emmy Award nomination for their work on the episode "The Dogs of War".

Lamm has worked on several other television series, including Angel, for which he received a second Emmy Award nomination, and Passions, for which he earned three Daytime Emmy Award nominations. He was more recently a key make-up artist on House, with Jennifer Morrison.

Lamm has also done make-up on films such as Illegal in Blue (1995, featuring Dan Gauthier, Louis Giambalvo, Michael Durrell, Michael Cavanaugh, and Raye Birk), Paramount Pictures' Dead Man on Campus (1998, featuring Judyann Elder), and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (featuring Clint Howard). He later worked on Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008), Step Brothers (2008), and Quarantine (2008).

According to the Internet Movie Database, Lamm was a Special Make-up Effects Artist on Star Trek. This has yet to be confirmed. He also worked on G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009, starring Rachel Nichols).
