Terril was a male Mari vendor on the Mari homeworld in the Delta Quadrant.
Terril was selling his goods, hand-crafted pottery, in the marketplace in 2374 when another Mari, Frane, attacked him and beat him with a stick. Terril suffered from a bleeding head wound and only survived because Captain Kathryn Janeway, Neelix, and B'Elanna Torres from the USS Voyager restrained Frane and assisted Terril. Terril was played by stunt actor Tony Cecere who received no credit for his appearance.
He was not named in the episode but on the call sheet of the day of filming, Thursday 4 September 1997 on Paramount Stage 16. The call sheet listed him as "Vendor Terril (Stunt)".
