Time of assimilation[]
The episode does not establish a specific time when the Borg assimilated the Sikarians and this technology. It would be nice if speculations are omitted in this article if they are not covered by the canon. The fact is, Hugh knew about both the chamber and the Spatial Trajector, and was a little surprised that Picard didn't know. So the question is how he got this knowledge. Either in his role as recovery director or in his time as a drone. Assuming the latter, the Borg knew about this technology even before the encounter between USS Voyager and Sikaris. - Actually, Hugh states in the episode that the technology was assimilated after both Hugh and Picard left the Borg Collective, so it would have to be between 2368 and 2399. --usscantabrian (talk) 21:57, February 28, 2020 (UTC)
- Okay, point is up to you. We still can't say that it was necessarily in the 2380s. It may also have been in 2378 or 2379 after Voyager arrived home. --91.63.54.127 03:03, February 29, 2020 (UTC)
