Additional characters[]

Didn't she also play Lela Dax and shouldn't that be added to the additional characters section?--UESPA 16:32, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

Not precisely. She was still Kira... just had Lela inhabiting her. That's like saying that René Auberjonois played Curzon Dax. Same thing. -- Sulfur 17:16, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
But wouldn't that be like Data being inhabited by the characters of Masaka, etc in Masks? Those were specified under Additional Characters. Jswitte (talk) 05:11, December 19, 2012 (UTC)
The above comments were made four years ago; for example we do say René Auberjonois played Curzon and that Brent Spiner played the various characters in "Masks". 31dot (talk) 12:11, December 19, 2012 (UTC)

Updated[]

I just updated the After DS9 section, the one on her Guest Appearance on Battlestar Galactica. All that it was was just me switching the words from pre-tense to past-tense. The preceding unsigned comment was added by TimberWolf (talkcontribs).

Did she do a computer voice in DS9?[]

I seem to remember reading in the Background Information of one of the episodes somewhere that she did the computer voice (I think it was the main DS9 computer) for that particular episode. I thought it was either Season 1 or early Season 2, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know which episode(s) she does this for, and is it worth mentioning in the main article? 90.200.153.128 07:02, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Judi Durand did the DS9 computer voice. --OuroborosCobra talk 07:11, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Yes, I know, but wasn't there an episode where Judi Durand was unavailable, and Nana Visitor did the computer voice just for that particular episode? I'm sure I read it somewhere on here, but on going back through I couldn't find it. I haven't looked through every single episode page yet, though. 90.200.153.128 09:24, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

...or maybe Nana Visitor did a different computer voice? One other than the DS9 one? I can't remember. I'm almost certain I read it on an episode page here on Memory Alpha, though! 90.200.153.128 09:28, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

I've found it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dramatis_Personae_(Star_Trek:_Deep_Space_Nine) - down at the bottom, it says, "Nana Visitor (Kira Nerys) is providing the computer voice for this episode." 90.200.153.128 04:57, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

I don't see anything about that in the Companion, and the only source for that information seems to be Wikipedia. The note was added on September 25th by an anonymous user without a source. So, unless we can find something more concrete, we can't add it. :( --From Andoria with Love 02:35, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
I've found a few other places that are even less reliable that say she voiced the computer "sometimes." I think in the end what we have is someone with a similar voice (Judi Durand) and a bunch of fans that think it was Nana Visitor. --OuroborosCobra talk 13:46, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
