Doctor Who[]

Eli's bow tie may also be a possible reference to the Eleventh Doctor from the BBC series Doctor Who. In "Die Trying", in which Eli appears, we are also shown the 11th starship to bear the name Voyager (USS Voyager-J), thus alluding to the 11th generation of the Emergency Medical Holographic program, or The Doctor.

I've tidied up the mention of the Doctor Who reference, but it does seem a bit tenuous, so wanted to get some other opinions before adding it to the Doctor Who page as well.MadeIndescribable (talk) 00:55, 14 November 2020 (UTC)

According to the Ready Room for episode for "Unification III", the bowtie was added to the costume because the actor auditioned wearing one and Alex (I assume Kurtzman, no last name was mentioned) liked it. Tuskin38 (talk) 03:19, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
