Capitalization[]

If we capitalize Human, shouldn't Beluga Whale also be capitalized like we do with other sentient species? JagoAndLitefoot (talk) 00:19, 15 October 2021 (UTC)

It should capitalized as "Beluga whale". We aren't sure how sentient humpbacks are yet. The alien species communicated with them, but we don't know at what level. For all we know, that species expected humpbacks (or equivalent) on every planet... ;) -- Sulfur (talk) 01:03, 15 October 2021 (UTC)

But Spock communicated with the humpbacks at a complex level. A non-sentient species can't give their consent to anything and there would be no point in asking. -- UncertainError (talk) 01:06, 15 October 2021 (UTC)
