The Space Bureau was a Malcorian agency on the planet Malcor III. In 2367, Mirasta Yale was its Administrator.
The bureau was in charge of that planet's warp drive program, led by Yale. In 2367, the bureau was preparing to launch their first warp-capable starship. However, after an incident with the Federation, Malcorian Chancellor Avel Durken decided to wait until the people were really ready for first contact. (TNG: "First Contact")
