Reds mentioned in a newspaper
The Reds were a faction in the alternate version of World War II that occurred as a result of the Temporal War.
A newspaper released in Nazi-controled New York in 1944 had a headline pertaining to the Reds making demands on the UN. (ENT: "Storm Front")
The Newspaper article was actually a real one released by the New York Times in 1953. [1] It related to the Korean war, and in that context "Reds" is obviously a reference to the Soviets. However, "Storm Front, Part II" explicitly establishes that Russia didn't become communist, so this must be some other faction. The episode DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars" includes a newspaper mentioning the regular universe Reds.
