Paul Hill (born 2 February 1958; age 66) is a visual effects editor and digital compositor from Niles, Ohio, who worked in the employ of Digital Magic on episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise. His visual effects work for Star Trek, netted Hill three Emmy Awards with nine additional nominations.

Career[]

Beside his work on Star Trek, Hill also worked as compositor on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Alias, Children of Dune (2003), Out of Order (2003), Two and a Half Men, Summerland (2004), and Lost. Film work include Money Talks (1997), Mortal Kombat Annihilation (1997), Species II (1998), Charlie's Angels (2000), The Ring Two (2005), The Muppets' Wizard of Oz (2005), Urban Legends: Bloody Mary (2005), and Good Night, and Good Luck (2005).

More recent work as visual effects and digital compositor include Men in Trees (2006-2007), Pushing Daisies (2008-2009), 24 (2009), Dexter (2010), $#*! My Dad Says (2010-2011, starring William Shatner), Hellcats (2010-2011), Entourage (2010-2011), True Blood (2009-2012), The Good Wife (2012), 2 Broke Girls (2012), Mike & Molly (2010-2013), See Dad Run (2012-2013), and Banshee (2013).
