Paul Collins (born 25 July 1937; age 86) played Zlangco in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine first season episode "Battle Lines".

Collins was born in London, England and has been acting ever since he was a child. He is perhaps best known for being the voice of John in Walt Disney's 1953 movie, Peter Pan.

In the 1960s, he guest-starred in several popular series of the time, including appearances in Surfside 6 and Hawaii Five-O. He continued starring in popular series of the 1980s and 1990s, with appearances in Matlock, Murphy Brown, L.A. Law, Quantum Leap, The Golden Girls, Law & Order, ER and Ally McBeal. He is perhaps best known to modern audiences for his recurring role as Alexander Nelson on JAG from 1995 to 2002.

His other motion picture credits include Woman to Woman (his first on screen role), Challenge to Lassie, Rogues of Sherwood Forest, Midnight Lace, Without a Trace, Funny About Love (1990, directed by Leonard Nimoy), Guilty by Suspicion, The Marrying Man (1991), Defenseless (1991), Dave (1993, with Frank Langella, Parley Baer, Stefan Gierasch, Charles Hallahan, Stephen Root, Dawn Arnemann, Dendrie Taylor, Peter White, Robin Gammell, Dan Butler, Tory Christopher, and Pam Pruitt-McGeary), Executive Decision (1996, directed by Stuart Baird), Dead Man on Campus, Instinct, and XXX: State of the Union (2005).

In 2008, Collins appeared on Boston Legal, starring John Larroquette and William Shatner.
