Oscar Torre (born 11 January 1969; age 55) is an actor who played a Bartender in the Star Trek: Picard second season episodes "Monsters" and "Mercy".
Torre was born in Miami, Florida to Cuban immigrant parents. He is married to Chuti Tiu, who also appeared in "Mercy".
He appeared in supporting guest roles on series such as NCIS, Cold Case, CSI: Miami (with Casey Biggs), and The Mentalist (with John de Lancie, Solomon Burke, Jr., and Jessi Fisher), and movies like Magic City Memoirs (2011) and The Hangover Part III (2013, with Gillian Vigman).
In 2007, he had a recurring role in the short-lived drama series Cane, with Ned Vaughn, Marcelo Tubert, Paul Wesley, Todd Waring, Sumalee Montano, and James W. Jansen. Between 2017 and 2021, Torre appeared in 31 episodes of Tyler Perry's series The Haves and the Have Nots.
