Oded Fehr (born 23 November 1970; age 53) is an Israeli actor who played Fleet Admiral Charles Vance in the third through fifth seasons of Star Trek: Discovery.

In 1999, Fehr starred as Ardeth Bay in The Mummy (with Erick Avari and music by Jerry Goldsmith), later reprising his role in The Mummy Returns (2001, with The Rock). Also in 1999, he co-starred in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (with Richard Riehle and Ron Soble) and reprised his role in Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (2005). He also went on to appear as Carlos Olivera in Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004), Resident Evil: Extinction (2007), and Resident Evil: Retribution (2012).

Fehr's other TV credits include recurring roles in Charmed (2004-05), and he also portrayed the role of Jafar in Once Upon a Time (with Jennifer Morrison, Raphael Sbarge, and Faran Tahir) in 2016-17. More recently he also co-starred in Blood & Treasure (with James Callis, Alicia Coppola, John Larroquette, and Ali Hassan).

He appeared in guest roles in series such as Burn Notice, Medium (with Jake Weber and Bruce McGill), Law & Order: LA, and Quantico. He had recurring guest roles in NCIS (with Alan Dale, directed by James Whitmore, Jr. and Terrence O'Hara), Covert Affairs (with Gregory Itzin, Erick Avari, Billy MacLellan, and Marcello Bezina), 24: Legacy, and The Blacklist.
