A list of unnamed Mintakans.

Females []

These females were members of Nuria's village and listened to Liko when he told about his experiences.

They were also among the Mintakans when Hali and Yari brought the injured Doctor Palmer into their building.

Later, they were bystanders when Paki handled Captain Jean-Luc Picard the Mintakan tapestry. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")

Flood victims []

These Mintakans, including four children, one other, and Oji's mother, died in a flood in 2365. The following year, Nuria asked Jean-Luc Picard to restore them to life as he supposedly restored Liko. When he told her he couldn't, she asked him whether they or she had offended him in some way. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")

These victims were only mentioned in dialogue.

A Mintakan girl

This Mintakan girl was a member of the Mintakan village on Mintaka III in 2366. She was present when Paki handed Captain Picard the Mintakan tapestry, a gift from Nuria. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")

The Mintakan girl was played by an unknown actress.

Males []

These males were members of Nuria's village. They were present when Liko told the villagers about his experiences with the "Overseer" and Hali and Yari brought Doctor Palmer into the group. They later guarded Deanna Troi and were also present when Paki handled Captain Picard the Mintakan tapestry. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")

Oji's mother []

This woman was the wife of Liko and mother of Oji. In 2365, she, along with five others, died in a flood. In 2366, Liko told Oji that she would have been proud of her.

Liko asked "The Picard" to prove his "godhood" and bring his wife back from the dead. Picard told him that he couldn't, which made Liko question whether it was because of his own personal sins. He even offered his own life in exchange for hers. Picard explained that he was incapable of doing so. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")

This woman was only mentioned in dialogue.
