Milton "Milt" Tarver (20 December 1943 – 30 December 2004; age 61) was the actor who played a Human scientist in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Time's Arrow".
Tarver was a prolific stage and screen actor, who made over fifty television guest appearances from the early 1980s to the early 2000s. He can be seen in series such as Lou Grant (with Davis Roberts), Hill Street Blues (starring James B.
