Migleemo was a hypothetical mirror universe version of Counselor Migleemo in Mirror Universe Encounter, one of the training drill holoprograms presented to the crew of the USS Cerritos in 2381. In the program, he was portrayed as a slave of the Terran Empire, dressed in bondage gear and kept on a leash by Lars Lundy in the transporter room of the ISS Cerritos.
