Mario Roberts (born 4 April 1952; age 72) is a stuntman who worked as stunt double for Robert Beltran on the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Shattered" under Stunt Coordinator Dennis Madalone. According to the call sheet, Roberts filmed his stunt on Friday 13 October 2000 on Paramount Stage 9.

Roberts worked for over thirty years as stuntman and action actor on film and television productions. He started to work in the motion picture industry in 1977. Since 2014 he and his wife Betty have worked as realtors and brokers for Windermere Real Estate in Riverside, California. [1]

Among earlier work of Roberts are stunt performances in 1941 (1979, with stunts by Bruce Barbour, Vince Deadrick, Jr., Eurlyne, Gary, and Tony Epper, John Eskobar, Robert Herron, Leslie Hoffman, Al Jones, Joyce McNeal, Johnny C. Meier, Mic Rodgers, and Rick Sawaya) and in the television series The Fall Guy. He worked as stunt double for Mako in the Fantasy Island episode "The Heroine/The Warrior" (1981, with Ricardo Montalban and stunts opposite Steven Lambert).

He worked as stunt double for Michael Ontkean on Street Justice (1987, coordinated by Lou Elias), for Robert De Niro, and for Eugene Levy. In 2008, he received a Taurus World Stunt Award nomination in the category Best work with a vehicle for the stunt sequence in The Kingdom which he shared with Nick Hermz, Michael Hilow, Allen Robinson, Robert Nagle, and Chris Guzzi. In 2009, Roberts was part of the stunt ensemble which earned a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination in the category Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture for their work on Iron Man, coordinated by Tom Harper and Tim Rigby.

With a stunt resume of 30+ years, Roberts worked on television series such as Knight Rider (1984, with Rick Avery, Allan Graf, Jeffrey S. Jensen, Joel Kramer, and Spike Silver), MacGyver (1985-1986, coordinated by Vince Deadrick, Jr.), Mike Hammer (1987, coordinated by Richard E. Butler), The Bold and the Beautiful (1989, with Nick Dimitri), Twin Peaks (1990, with John Moio), Great Scott! (1992), Renegade (1992, with Jeff O'Haco, Jimmy Ortega, and Jeff Cadiente), Space Rangers (1993, with James Lew), L.A. Heat (1997, directed by Cole McKay), Soldier of Fortune, Inc. (1998, with Bruce Barbour and Manny Perry), V.I.P. (1999, with Kane Hodder and Jane Austin and coordinated by Jim Wilkey), Crusade (1999, starring Gary Cole, Tracy Scoggins, Daniel Dae Kim, and Marjean Holden), The Agency (2001, with Laurence Rosenthal), The District (2002), and The Bold and the Beautiful (2003, coordinated by Mike Cassidy).
