Lennon Parham (born 26 October 1976; age 47) is an actress and comedian who voiced Shari yn Yem and the simulator holopod computers in the Star Trek: Lower Decks second season episode "I, Excretus".

Parham was born in Marietta, Georgia, and grew up in Lilburn, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Evansville and worked as a French teacher before joining the comedy improv group Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.

In 2009, she landed in a co-starring role in the short-lived sitcom Accidentally on Purpose. In 2012, Parham and her frequent collaborator Jessica St. Clair created and starred in the sitcom Best Friends Forever, which, however, was cancelled after only six episodes.

This was followed by another sitcom created by and co-starring Parham and St. Clair, Playing House, which ran for three seasons between 2014 and 2017. Bobby Moynihan, Diedrich Bader, and Eugene Cordero appeared in guest roles on this show.

In 2019-20, Parham co-starred in the ABC sitcom Bless This Mess, along with Ed Begley, Jr. and guest star Phil Morris. Since 2022, she co-stars in the HBO Max comedy series Minx, where guest stars included Gillian Jacobs and David Paymer.

Parham's other television credits include a recurring roles in the sitcom Lady Dynamite (2016-17, with Ed Begley, Jr. Missi Pyle, Joanna Cassidy, Paul Scheer, Brian Posehn, and Seth Morris), the political comedy series Veep (2015-19, with Gary Cole, Sufe M. Bradshaw, Sam Richardson, Diedrich Bader, Toks Olagundoye, and K Callan), and The Goldbergs spin-off Schooled (2019-20, with Clancy Brown).

She also appeared in guest roles in shows such as Parks and Recreation, How I Met Your Mother (with Jennifer Morrison), Mad Men (with Brian Markinson), Arrested Development (with Diedrich Bader), New Girl, Ghosted, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Her few feature film credits include Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009), Horrible Bosses 2 (2014, with Chris Pine, Jonathan Banks, and Sam Richardson), The House (2017, with Jason Mantzoukas and Gillian Vigman), and Bombshell (2019, with Malcolm McDowell, Stephen Root, Mark Moses, Kevin Dorff, Marc Evan Jackson, Jennifer Morrison, Alice Eve, Spencer Garrett, Tony Plana, and Allan Graf).

Parham also lent her voice to animated series like Adventure Time (with Dee Bradley Baker and Stephen Root), Seth MacFarlane's American Dad! (with Scott Grimes and Dee Bradley Baker), Bob's Burgers (with H. Jon Benjamin and Paul F. Tompkins), Big City Greens (with Artemis Pebdani), The Great North, and Little Demon (with Phil LaMarr, Eugene Cordero, Eric Bauza, and Kari Wahlgren).
