In 2373, the USS Farragut was destroyed by Klingon forces near the Lembatta Cluster, while en route to offer relief to Ajilon Prime. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")

Apocryphal[]
The novel Articles of the Federation mentioned a planet called Lembatta Prime (β), which author Keith R.A. DeCandido stated was near the Lembatta Cluster. The Lembatta Cluster is the setting of Star Trek: Prometheus.
