Shuttle 3 was a Kelvin-type shuttlecraft that was in service to Starfleet, assigned to the USS Kelvin in 2233.
In the alternate reality, this transport was one of many that escaped the attack on the Kelvin shortly before the starship rammed the Narada. (Star Trek)
In the fourth edition of the Star Trek Encyclopedia, there was a port side profile of this ship on p. 411 of Volume 1 and a starboard side profile of this ship on p. 277 of Volume 2. In both profiles, the number "90" was on the ship's doors.
