Jussac was a character from Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers.
In 2385, Jean-Luc Picard read aloud a passage from the book where D'Artagnan defeated Jussac in sword fighting to Elnor. Afterwards, during a fencing exercise, they recreated the fight with Picard as D'Artagnan and Elnor as Jussac. (PIC: "Absolute Candor")
