Judith Sisko was the daughter of Joseph Sisko and the half-sister of Benjamin Sisko. In 2371, Judith resided in Portland. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part I") She had at least two other brothers. (DS9: "Paradise")
In 2372, Ben Sisko criticized his father for not accepting Judith's help in his restaurant. Joseph told Benjamin "your sister's got her own life to worry about". Sisko's father also noted that Judith never put enough cayenne pepper in the jambalaya. Ben added that it was the same with his and Judith's mother, to which Joseph replied "which means she has no business being in a kitchen". (DS9: "Homefront")

Judith appears in the DS9 relaunch novels Lesser Evil and Unity, as well as Hollow Men which is set in DS9 Season 6. Judith is a classical musician.
