Jet Manhaver was a hypothetical mirror universe version of Ensign Manhaver in Mirror Universe Encounter, one of the training drill holoprograms presented to the crew of the USS Cerritos in 2381.
In the program, he served aboard the ISS Cerritos, where he helped apprehend Beckett Mariner after it was revealed not to be their "real" Beckett Mariner by Brad Boimler. (LD: "I, Excretus")
